XRTM-1600 is the machine used laminating protective film to the HPL decorative surface. It adopts the Pneumatic elevation system to control the lifting of the up press roller. The machine adopts the transducer to control the working speed of the machine. The transfer roller is made of coated steel and can be antirust.

The machine should be put in the workshop with enough space.

(1). Two pieces of transfer frames should be connected to the main machine correctly. And you should fixe the safe bolt.

(2). Connecting the air compressor to the air cylinder by pipe.

(3). Connecting the power source to the machine

(4). Adjust the balance of the transfer frame.

(4). The laminating is uneven.

   1. When you turn on the machine, please check if the parts work well and if the work able is clean.
   2. Set the pressure is the just pressure the machine needs.
   3. Adjust the transfer system to your work conditions.
   4. Adjust the gap of the two press roller to your boards’ thickness
2. 6.     Maintaining
   1. You should keep the workspace clean and make sure that there is no dust in entrance of protective film. After work, you should clean the worktable of the machine.
   2. You should check the reducer regularly. And keep the oil in the oil tank no lower than guide line. And change the oil regularly.

1. 7.     Attention and safe guide.
   1. When the machine is running, you should put your hand and others things near the press roller.
   2. If you are not the worker specially operate the machine, you shouldn’t operate the machine.
   3. When the machine gets some maintaining, the power should be off
